Interesting sauce... Not one of my favourite stir fry sauces I think. Very sweet, would halve the sugar next time, and the apple cider vinegar certainly adds an interesting *twang* to it! Once my tongue had adapted it was ok 🤣 we added mushrooms, carrot and courgette. Very quick and easy to make.
