Yummy, crunchy on outside and soft on inside. If you make a small ones it can take a while, or make 4 big ones. I was a little confused about draining then using white stuff to mix in. I didnt have cheese cloth so I used paper towels, seemed to work. Very good, especially with apple sauce. Yummmmmmm.
