Definitely filling... kids are iffy about quinoa, so I also did taco meat sautéed with onion, cumin, cilantro.
Corn, white beans, black beans... and black olives, avocado, and sour cream.
I had it in a bowl, they had it on nachos...as long as they it it, I'm all in favor.
These are the staples I usually just have lying around...so its a quick throw together but takes some dirty pans.
