The recipe is for one pound of potatoes and I had to multiply it by six for Thanksgiving. There was too much water and they were too liquidy, so be careful if you are multiplying the recipe. Despite that, they still tasted delicious! I want to try again with the original serving size.

I also put sour cream in mine cause I didn’t make gravy, I also agree doing about half the water if you double it

If you make this again, just use your best judgement with the water. You can always strain and re-add water, broth, plant milk, etc.
