Very tasty! I didn't have chipotle so I used a mix of cayenne and smoked paprika. I add them to burritos with some pico de gallo, avocado, baby spinach and kale, and a lemon cilantro yogurt sauce that i put on everything. My husband asked "how did you make the chickpeas so meaty?" We both loved it. I'll make a double batch next time because i think it would make good leftovers.
