I don't think yogurt would keep it together. Honey, but maybe too sweet. There is cheese for lactose intolerant.

Apparently Google says tahini would work 🤔

You could try homemade vegan cheese using tapioca starch (or flour) combined with soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, and seasonings. It will still have that gooey binding texture.
