Easy to make, really tasty, loved it. Added more garlic, onion, cayenne and soy. Cooked all the marinade to make a sauce after thinning with a little water and simmering with the chicken. The peanut flavour is plentiful. A big glass of Pecorino on the side just so happened to match exceedingly well too!
