Took one out of jimmy deans book and just precooked the eggs. Cooked a batch of onions and bell peppers, sausage, potatoes o'brian, and eggs. Assembled and added cheese! First few just went to the fridge, the rest to the freezer. Heating from frozen cover with a damp paper towel to keep everything moist.
