SOOOOOO good and simple ok so i also ate it with sriracha and ketchup and that thing was bussing good y'all need to do it took me like 15 minutes idk i just fried the potatoes and onions for like 15 min then i added the spices and egg, i didn't need water cut the potatoes in little dices so it doesn't take too long to cook
