I used extra cream cheese and imitation crab. I also left out the green onions because picky kids. I added some toasted sesame oil as someone suggested, which added a little extra flavor since we lacked the onions. Great tasting, more crab-y than the restaurants, and also crispy and not soggy! I found that when I used two wonton wrappers stuck together (accidentally at first), they were easier to fold and less messy. There were tons of wrappers in a pack, so there were still enough to go around. Fed 2 adults and 2 kids until we were full. Appetizer turned meal. Definitely making again.
