I completely forgot to take a pic but these were good! I didn't have mushrooms on hand so I had to skip those. Also, I did have thick cut chops and I still did not cook them for the time indicated, otherwise they would have been way too dry. I used a thermometer to check the temp of the meat. Also, I didn't cover since I don't have one for my big cast iron. Lastly, a half cup of sour cream was sufficient because I really reduced my sauce. The sour cream reminded me too much of Tacos so I think next time I will use cream and reduce a little bit more. Also, if your Cajun seasoning includes salt, you don't need to add any more in my opinion.
