Awesome base recipe! Really simple. I crisped up the shallot/onion and put the broccoli in the microwave for about a minute to soften it before cooking. Added plenty of Italian seasoning and cooked chicken breast. Extra parmesan, of course! Next time would probably try to season the beans a little bit beforehand, and add a bit of citrus to brighten the dish up. Could also add some other veggies like carrots, zucchini, or squash.
