Took a bit longer than I expected, but the end result was worth it! I put a little bit too much walnut in one of the layers, just needs to be a thin layer or else it comes apart a bit too easy!

I divide mixture into smaller bowls and place a paper marker between sets of phyllo sheets to keep a good rhythm going and even layers.
