← Replies in Garlic Parmesan Pasta with Spinach and Mushrooms Recipe

Was easy and tasty. Fine as is but added more sun dried tomatoes and an entire chili pepper. Could benefit from a more outspoken cheese flavor besides the parmesan, like a small amount of Gorgonzola. Or possibly using sour cream and/or lemon.
