When I first mixed all the ingredients together, I didn't like how soft it was and how problematic the patties would be to turn in the pan, so I added bread crumbs until I felt it held a bit better together. I could have added more but I was trying not to bulk them up either. I also took the liberty of adding extra seasonings I'd normally put in my burgers like garlic salt and onion powder. And since I'm cooking just for me and find hamburger buns go bad too quickly, I tried these out on some bagels. The everything bagel with this burger was excellent!
