SOOOOO yummy, worked perfectly the first time. I used gluten free flour & just fried the chicken in a pan then added the sauce, it had the perfect consistency & enough extra sauce to drizzle over so it wasn't dry with the rice. I thought it would be really sweet but it wasn't, it was just right. For vegies I used cauliflower & sprouts roasted in herb & garlic seasoning. It was so easy & The whole family loved it. This will be a regular at our place.
