So super good! I didn't have pecans or pumpkin seeds so I put a mixture of oats, brown sugar and a little melted butter on top.
This is my second time making these, the first batch came out a little more hearty than I like, so I only put in 1/2 cup of oats in the batter for the second. They came out perfectly moist and delicious!
Not too overly sweet, and the perfect amount of spice; this is my new go-to for fall breakfast/dessert.
