Thanks for the note, Heather! It looks like there was a typo that occurred during a recent migration of recipes on my site. It should have only been 1/4 tsp salt with the option to add more depending on preference. I really like Silk brand for this, but I think creamer produces a better result than whipping cream which is thicker and has a more concentrated flavor.

Thanks for the update and correction. I'll try it again with just 1/4 tsp salt next time and see if I can get an unflavoured Silk creamer instead (the Silk whipping cream is easier to find locally than unflavoured creamer).
