First time making homemade ramen I am just extatic how good it turned out!
I used the exact amounts listed and it makes 4 portions of around 350 kcal per portion. For me that’s perfect, especially for light dinner, but if you want bigger portion (and you might because it is soooo yummy) - you should consider making 6 portions and dividing to 4.
I like things soupier, and there’s almost never enough sauce/soup for me, and at first it seamed like there will not be enough soup, but it turned out just right! :D
And another thing, I would recommand doubling the mushrooms amount. :)
