It just didn't blow me away. I feel that doing this in the oven for a fraction of the time would have come out better.

Did you leave the skin on?

Yes. With a slow cooker you are not going to get a nice crust on the chicken. I think recipe like this would be better done a different way.

Think I'm gonna try it with the skin off. I'll let ya know how it turns out
