Seriously good recipe. Spent seven days roaming the forest looking for the requisite kilo of mushrooms. Could have bought them from the weird kid on the corner instead. I especially enjoyed the part where you open the bottle of wine and then drink it and go get another bottle from the night shop to put in the casserole.
