Really tasty. I put paprika, garlic & onion powder on the chicken [to add extra flavour] before putting on the cheese mixture, which I added a bunch of diced up jalapeños to (which basically turned it into "jalapeño popper chicken). I also used plain greek yogurt instead of mayo & light cream cheese. Had it with a side of some mushroom rice.
I added the remaining shredded cheese the last 10 minutes of cooking.
