Excellent. MODIFICATIONS: I cooked this recipe in my instant pot. Substituted beef broth for the water. Used 1 cup frozen corn instead of cobs. Super easy this way. Brown beef with saute setting. Then add everything except peas and corn to instant pot. Set to meat/stew setting (or 40 minutes high pressure). Quick release. After release add peas/corn and stir.
