← Replies in Mushroom Risotto With Peas Recipe

Used water from rehydrating mushrooms in place of broth, which was fantastic. Also didn't use peas but would defitely improved it. Halved the recipe but only fed two as a main dish so the portion sizes are on the smaller side.
