Made these tonight for Christmas tomorrow! I did a practice batch a few days ago and my husband loved them so hopefully everyone else will too! I couldn’t find vanilla sugar anywhere so I just did normal sugar and added vanilla extract instead and they came out great. I don’t normally like store bought sugar cookies but these were good! I could eat a few by myself. I’m planning to let the kids decorate with icing but if you’re not planning to use icing, and you want them a little sweeter, add more sugar. Other than that, I’m predicting these will be a hit! And they were easy!
