I converted this to a pressure cooker/ insta pot. Pressure cooked the chicken, soup, broth and seasonings, about 15 minutes. Shredded the chicken and used corn instead of peas because one of the kids doesn’t like peas. Omitted the salt because, who needs the extra sodium.
I don’t really like mushy dumplings so baked the dumplings about 1/2 way before putting them in the pot. Pressure cooked it all together for about 10 minutes.
One of the kids said this was the best chicken and dumplings he’s ever had 🙂
