← Replies in Recipe: Jersey Salad

One of my favorite salad recipes… great way to easily add one more element to a dish to make it feel like “a meal.” I don’t think I’ve ever gotten around to actually making the croutons but it’s great with or without them. A slightly higher quality olive oil will go a long way here. I’ve also swapped out the red wine vinegar for balsamic…. Great either way

Straight forward, solid salad. How much arugula you using these days?

I’ve been favouring romaine, but i do love arugula. I think I don’t use it that much cause it doesn’t last that long, so whenever I buy it it ends up going bad

You gotta try wasabi arugula. Adds a kick!
