Delicious! I put in a tin of chopped tomatoes (by accident!) but I bet it would still be nice as per the exact recipe. I added chopped coriander, cherry toms and some lime zest to the top 10 mins before serving and put the lid back. Be a bit careful with the chipotle paste tho depending which one u use as mine was decently spicy and I only used two teaspoons
