Makes 3 servings
Add 3 cups mushrooms, instead if 2.
Add a pkt of spinach at the end. (Optional)
Halve the quantity if stock as flavour is strong. The rest Add water.
Add italian herbs and spices in the end after tasting it pasta is almost done.
Add crushed red chillies.
Stir-fry the chicken first, tossed in salt pepper, and dredged with flour. Keep aside and add in the end to the pasta.
Add double the garlic and onions.
