I’ve made these twice already in one week and I’m obsessed! Made them for my boyfriends family & everyone came back for seconds. I think my potatoes took a little longer than 7 minutes for the browned look but maybe I didn’t have the heat high enough.

I didn't cut them into rounds, yours look beautiful! I also eye-balled the butter, I feel like a bit more would have been nice. But they were fantastic
