I had to put this on for another 3 min pressure cook to get the noodles soft (maybe next time I won't stop the Natural Release at 5 minutes as instructed). added a bit more seasonings to taste, and everyone loved it! I'll probably use the old-fashioned method if I have guests, but this is a great way to satisfy a craving without too many dishes left over the next day (I bought my steak pre-cubed, so no cutting board to clean, just the pot insert!).
