I decided to make a bbq chicken dinner tonight. Only i didn't want the traditional meal of baking a chicken and diping it in bbq sauce. Instead, i made this recipe just without the bulgogi. I cooked the chicken on the stove, following step 1 and then went on to make the sides. When the chicken was ready with brown sear marks i added in the most tangy bbq sauce I owned and let the sauce cookout. When all was said and done. I was left with a very satisfying dinner. I will be making it again and hopefully with the original recipe next time. I bet it tastes just as good.
