I did take the time to make the espresso, but I used already whipped cream. Not a spray one but it was still whipped. The idea is good: a creamy, sweet desert that doesn’t break the bank. Why would you call it frozen cappuccino, though? Catchy - caught my eye - but not frozen. Or did I miss a step?

PS freezing the coffee and making coffee granita topped with whipped cream and cocoa powder tomorrow. That must be 🤯 They make a killer coffee granita in South Italy (Sicily, Agrigento)
