Great!!! Can make as hot as you like by adding/removing spices and/or sauces. I added extra hot chilli powder along with some sriracha for the "hot sauce".
I also simmered it with 2 Bay leaves and about 12 coriander stalks - to help impart some more of the coriander flavour. Leaving these on the top, i was able to easily pick them out. I also added freshly chopped coriander to the dish when serving as advised.
