EXCELLENT 10/10 will make on a regular basis. We used regular smoked sausage and added a chopped jalepeño.. it has a Cajun taste to it and is so hearty and delicious. SO EASY TOO. We cooked in a dutch oven - one pot and easy cleanup. Absolutely loved it!!!
