Yumm!
Can't say how many things I had to change. But here's what worked.
1. Canned chicken works well.
2. Subbed fresh oregano for thyme.
3. Chopped the carrots in blender/food processor.
4. Subbed cream & water for half n half. (I didn't have milk either).
5. Top with grated parmesan.
6. Fresh garlic is a must.
7. Rinse gnocchi briefly. I used Delallo gnocchi. It was delicious.
