Creamy Chicken Gnocchi Soup (Olive Garden Copycat)

I followed another recipe instead but made the same meal

Cook herbs with meat OR when adding mushrooms & carrots (not with broth and cream) and use frozen gnocchi from TJ’s.

Note to self: have everything already pre cut.

Easy and quick. Added at least double the chicken broth to get the right consistency and flavor. Used whole milk instead of half and half.

Amazing flavors. Added more spices than recipe called for. I added about 1 cup additional broth and used coconut milk in place of cream.

This soup is wonderful! I went with the thinner option after seeing it thicker and not being a fan!

Great! However way to much thyme, not enough garlic and must add garlic salt! Alot..

Yumm! Can't say how many things I had to change. But here's what worked. 1. Canned chicken works well. 2. Subbed fresh oregano for thyme. 3. Chopped the carrots in blender/food processor. 4. Subbed cream & water for half n half. (I didn't have milk either). 5. Top with grated parmesan. 6. Fresh garlic is a must. 7. Rinse gnocchi briefly. I used Delallo gnocchi. It was delicious.

Delicious. Gets very thick, so decrease flour or increase stock next time.

I heated my cream too quickly and it broke as you can see, but it's still yummy. I had some beautiful organic carrots that I didn't want to shred so I chopped them instead. Next time I'll be more careful while heating the half and half, because I'm definitely making this again.

I made mine in the crockpot but tastes pretty much just like the restaurant... Yum!!

Added onion powder and garlic powder and used dry thyme instead of fresh. So good!

A very hearty, filling soup. This one gets asked for again and again. You won't be dissapointed! I prefer to either slice or largely dice my carrots for this recipe. I like to taste the carrots and so does my family.

Made it for my daughter. She said it didn't really taste like Olive Garden, but she still loved it!

Would half the gnocchi and less carrots than what recipe called for. Also mine was a little too thick, maybe add one more cup of chicken broth
