Another pleasant surprise. I wasn't anticipating liking this because of the avocado salsa ( thought it would be tooooo much). When making 4 servings I only used 3 avocados used 2 cloves of garlic and cooked the chicken in the oven instead of the grill. Surprisingly tasty! I recommend being generous with the avocado salsa - it really compliments the chicken!!
