DELICIOUS!! I added an extra half lemon juice and a good amount of salt. My store didn't have orzo so I used couscous instead. I didn't make the gremolata.
UPDATE: I made it again with orzo and I had to add another cup of broth and cup of water. Not sure if it was the pasta absorbing it? But it's still just as delicious. Don't use more than a half lemon as recipe calls for because the lemony taste seems to get stronger and it was perfect
