Pretty standard meal. We added a quick homemade crema with plain greek yogurt as base, some Cholula, lime, and salt. Water it down SLOWLY to the right consistency and you now have a good sauce on top. Radishes were also available so we threw those on as well.
Overall it's a solid weeknight dinner and good to have on hand, but nothing that's standing out as a requirement to make again. Add to the rotation if you need ideas
