This was awesome! It was done cooking by the three hour mark, but I left it in for another twenty minutes while the rice we had on the side was cooking. I cut back just a tiny bit on the honey and soy sauce to avoid the comments here about being too sweet or salty and it came out perfect. I used chicken breast but it wasn't dry. It probably would be though if you cooked these for 4-5 hours like the instructions said. We added a little bit of crushed red pepper flakes and added the scallions into the crockpot for the last twenty minutes instead of using them uncooked to top. Very good and easy!
