in Honey Sriracha Salmon Recipe

I liked the combination of sriracha and honey, though it was a tad too sweet for my taste (I typically don’t like my sauces too sweet). I increased the sriracha to 1.5 tablespoons and liked that heat (I like spicy). Next time I’d probably halve the honey and add a bit more soy sauce, and maybe a touch of sesame oil. Very simple and quick! Had it with jasmine rice and roasted broccoli and drizzled the sauce over it all.

try a Korean short rib type sauce. usually, ginger, garlic, siracha, soy sauce and just go real light with brown sugar.
