I will go with a lower temp next time, I may have been a little on the burnt side… but honestly still so good. I am an avid cast-iron fan and had no issues at all with sticking, thanks to all the oil and butter.

Update: I used a lower temp setting and this came out perfect! Great recipe, lots of flavor!
