I didn’t see any bok choy in the cover photo, but here’s what our final product looked like. We also didn’t put in an entire head of bok choy. It was a bit much. We doubled the sauce since it was going over rice and I didn’t want it to be dry. I’m glad we did. Overall, good flavor, but it took longer to make than I thought it would.
