Delicious and healthy. I didn’t measure the seasonings but did do a lot! It could’ve used even more in my opinion. I used smoke turkey sausage and that was a great choice. This would also be delicious with a maple sausage or sage sausage 🤤 I served it with garlicky quinoa - topped with fresh basil, feta, and sriracha. I would say it’s a 4/5. Could use even more seasonings! Maybe a sauce? So many possibilities! Overall- light, healthy, satisfying, and tasty.
Update: added pesto when I reheated leftovers- delicious!
