It was ok. I added my own touches. Italian seasoning, fresh garlic, fresh parsley and basil.
I stir-fried the tomatoes in a little olive oil with Italian seasoning, After cooking the mushrooms and onion.
I have plenty of left overs with a three serving portion for just my husband and I. I'll have plenty for lunch tomorrow.
Probably won't make this again. I can do better tasting dish using my own tried and true recipe.
