Used half almond half GF blend flour, did applesauce instead of oil, also added 2 ripe bananas and about 1/4 c vanilla Greek yogurt and 1 T maple syrup instead of sugar. Also added some Mexican vanilla in. Mine needed longer than it said to bake but came out soft and moist. I did not do the glaze.
