ooh yummy, reminds of a taco bowl. The recipe could definitely use more corn and beans though. I put the zucchini in with the rest of the produce instead of adding later.

Brown 🦃 over high heat. Season 1 tsp kosher🧂, 1 tsp cumin.
Push meat to side, add ¼ c. 🧅 and 1tbsp 🍅 paste.
Add 1 c. R&D black 🫘, 1 c. 🌽, large diced 🍅, diced jalapeño, 2 tbsp chopped cilantro, 1 minced 🧄 clove, ¼ c. water, zucchini, ¼ tsp 🧂 and cumin.
Mix and cover, cook 4-5 mins or until zucchini is tender-crisp. Squeeze in lime juice.
