I used 2 cans of green chilies and 1 can of original Rotel. After cutting the pork I coated them with avocado oil then seasoned them with salt, pepper and garlic powder. I used a little more cumin and a splash of lime juice before allowing it to simmer for an hour. It was absolutely delicious. The only thing I would do differently is cut the pork a little smaller.

The recipe came up black when I clicked on the link from this site. I had to click on share the link to my own texts then open the recipe from there for it to show up correctly. Not sure if anyone else had this problem.
