4 x 4 ozcans chopped mild green chiles

0.5 lbtomatillos

I added a can of white beans. Also, I sautéed all the veggies and browned the pork then cooked it all in a slow cooker. Turned out great!

I used 2 cans of green chilies and 1 can of original Rotel. After cutting the pork I coated them with avocado oil then seasoned them with salt, pepper and garlic powder. I used a little more cumin and a splash of lime juice before allowing it to simmer for an hour. It was absolutely delicious. The only thing I would do differently is cut the pork a little smaller.
